About School
Welcome to Bantwal Raghuram Mukunda Prabhu Centenary Public School
The need for CBSE school was felt by Sri Venkataramana Swamy Vidyavardhaka Sangha and the people of Bantwal and surrounding area since long and Bantwal Raghurama Mukunda Prabhu Centenary Public School was started.
It was started on 1st June 2007 in the campus of S.V.S English School, Vidyagiri, Bantwal from classes I to VI. Sri Kudige Raghunath Shenoy, President of Sri Venkataramana Swamy Vidyavardhaka Sangha has sponsored this school in the name of his father-in-law Sri Bantwal Raghurama Mukunda Prabhu and he is most instrumental in bringing up this school. On 6th October 2008 the school was shifted to an independent campus having 3 storeyed building with well developed infrastructure. To meet the requirement of growing number of students and increasing classes, an additional space was added by constructing one more floor in 2009 and the school play ground was widened. An inspection team from Delhi has visited the school in the month of January 2009 and gave a very good report to CBSE Board and we got approval to run middle classes, i.e., upto VIII Std. In the year 2011, a new wing is added with
3 class rooms on the ground floor and a multipurpose hall on the first floor.
Subsequently we got provisional Affiliation for secondary classes ( IX and X ) in January 2010. Our school is now member of Association of ICSE and CBSE School of Udupi and D.K districts and also the member of Karavali Sahodaya Complex.
